Members of the MKA Ecology team were delighted at the positive response to our recent presentation on the new Environment Act at Cambridge Forum for the Construction Industry (CFCI).  At a time when the world is focusing on biodiversity loss, biodiversity gain will be a requirement for planning consent.

Our expert speakers, Marcus Kohler and Rory Roche, discussed how this new law will impact those involved in planning and development. A key message was that developers who embrace the changes will have the most positive outcomes in addressing environmental impacts and providing greener, more connected landscapes, and better urban spaces.
