The MKA Ecology team will be hosting a series of events in May and June, each designed to offer a blend of engaging experiences and valuable professional development.
1. BNG Breakfast on 4th June at 7.45am – 9.30am at the Holiday Inn Oxford
This CPD breakfast event will provide practical insights on Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG), featuring our in-house experts.
Why attend?
This is an invaluable opportunity to gain crucial knowledge on the practical implementation of BNG, and to learn how to navigate the evolving landscape of sustainable development.
2. An Evening Bat Walk on 12th June at 8pm – 9.45pm at Hinksey Meadows (meeting at The Fishes Pub)
A fascinating evening exploring the secret world of bats starting at a great pub before heading out for a bat walk as dusk settles.
Why attend?
Bats can be a challenge for all of us, but have you ever watched and understood these incredible nocturnal mammals… Its late but it's a great spring evening experience.
These events provide an opportunity to connect with fellow professionals, exchange ideas, and explore how to achieve your planning goals but also to celebrate and embrace the role you play in maintaining local biodiversity through your carefully planned, positive developments.
To secure your place at any of these events, please email marketing@mkaecology.co.uk.
If any of your colleagues or peers are interested to attend, please let us know and we'd be delighted to extend the invite.
